One Financial Plaza (the Regions Bank building) is located on the southeast corner of Broward Boulevard and S.E. 3rd Avenue in downtown Fort Lauderdale. If you park inside the building's garage, please use the building elevators nearest the parking ramp (the bank of elevators behind the glass doors) to reach our office on the 10th floor. The outside elevators in the parking annex service only the parking garage. NOTE: The parking ramp is available weekdays during normal business hours. For weekend appointments only, please use the first floor parking on the north side of the building or the open lot behind the building.
