One Financial Plaza (the Regions Bank building) is located on the southeast corner of Broward Boulevard and S.E. 3rd Avenue in downtown Fort Lauderdale. If you park inside the building's garage, please use the building elevators nearest the parking ramp (the bank of elevators behind the glass doors) to reach our 9th floor reception area. The outside elevators in the parking annex service only the parking garage.

Note: North access to our parking ramp from Broward Boulevard is closed for construction. Please use the SE 2nd Street entrance at the south of our building until further notice.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From I-95:

Take I-95 North to Broward Boulevard. Go East on Broward Boulevard. Continue east on Broward Boulevard over the railroad tracks and through first light. Turn right (south) at second light (SE 3rd Avenue). Take first left at SE 2nd Street and second left into the driveway leading to the parking garage of One Financial Plaza.

From Turnpike:

Take the turnpike north to the I-595 exit. Head east on I-595 and stay in the right lane. The next exit off of I-595 is I-95 north. Take I-95 north to Broward Boulevard. Go East on Broward Boulevard. Continue east on Broward Boulevard over the railroad tracks and through first light. Turn right (south) at second light (SE 3rd Avenue). Take first left at SE 2nd Street and second left into the driveway leading to the parking garage of One Financial Plaza.

From           I-595:

Head east on I-595 and stay in the right lane. The next exit off of I-595 is I-95 north. Take I-95 north to Broward Boulevard. Go East on Broward Boulevard. Continue east on Broward Boulevard over the railroad tracks and through first light. Turn right (south) at second light (SE 3rd Avenue). Take first left at SE 2nd Street and second left into the driveway leading to the parking garage of One Financial Plaza.

From     Federal Highway:

Go North on Federal Highway to Broward Boulevard. Turn left (west) on Broward Boulevard. First left onto SE 3rd Avenue. First left at SE 2nd Street and second left into the driveway leading to the parking garage of One Financial Plaza.

From I-95:

Take I-95 South to Broward Boulevard. Go East on Broward Boulevard. Continue east on Broward Boulevard over the railroad tracks and through first light. Turn right (south) at second light (SE 3rd Avenue). Take first left at SE 2nd Street and second left into the driveway leading to the parking garage of One Financial Plaza.
