Marital and Family Law

Our family law team offers over forty years of combined experience in the family law arena. The family practice is dedicated solely to the representation of parties in complex domestic relations litigation including paternity, dissolution of marriage, post-dissolution of marriage enforcement, modification, and child custody proceedings. Although we practice principally in Broward and Palm Beach Counties Florida, we have experience in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Indian River, Duval, and Marion Counties. We also have extensive experience in cases involving competing jurisdictions or activity throughout the United States and the international arena, including The Channel Islands, Panama, Indonesia, Switzerland, Pakistan, Canada, Lebanon, England, The Bahamas, The Cayman Islands, and France.

Members of our family law team have been voted by Miami Magazine in the top 500 lawyers in South Florida and by Florida Trend Magazine to its “Legal Elite” list of the top 2% of the lawyers statewide in Florida. Members of our team are board certified in matrimonial and family law and have lectured both locally and nationally for The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association Family Law Section.

With the assistance of our appellate department, our contribution to domestic case law in Florida includes important decisions in Roselli v. Roselli, 780 So. 2d 284 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001); Becker v. Becker, 720 So. 2d 1111 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998); Barnett v. Barnett, 705 So. 2d 63 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997); Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997); Stock v.
